Purchase of a £40 individual track commercial license enables the licensee perpetual non-exclusive rights to edit and include the music in adaptations (derivatives).
These derivative works are cleared for worldwide web use in perpetuity.
They may also be shown or used publicly at events and used as internal marketing within companies.
The license is non-transferable to anyone but the licensee.
Additional fees may be required to clear use of Ketsa music in adaptations destined for national television or films, computer games and mobile apps with major distribution. Please contact us for more info.
The music may not be adapted and sold as another stand alone musical piece.
Subscription licenses are an annual fee of £120.
This license enables use of our entire music catalogue for a year in as many commercial projects as needed. Access to wav files included.
The adapted works are cleared for worldwide web use in perpetuity. Only new projects undertaken within that year are cleared.
